#24 Training with the Coach Who Trained Thor, Thanos & Aquaman
Today's episode I nerdout about Raw Functional Training (RFT) and how it has influenced my current training style for the better.
In the beginning of May I flew down to Newport Beach to get my ass kicked by the infamous Rulk, creator of Raw Functional Training.
He's known for training first responders, military special forces and celebrities such as Chris Hemsworth and Josh Brolin, & Jason Momoa.
I barely survived the weekend of this two day practical, met some awesome coaches and left with a new fire to bring to my own training regiment. This lead me to take a quick break from podcasting to focus on the training of my members and myself.
