#56 Which Meat Has The Most Protein
Today's episode we talk about our anticipation of No Way Home, Matrix, and our top Christmas Movies of all time. We're both 49er fans as well and we talk about their last big win and what to expect for the upcoming game.
We then dive into what top Holiday Feast Recipes have the most protein per oz!
If you're wondering what types of protein to eat during the holiday feasts or just want to hear two friends banter about Marvel, the 49ers and food then this episode is for you!

Prime Rib No Open Oven Recipe
preheat oven to 500 degrees
Weigh your prime rib and then times by 5
So if your prime rib weighs 5 pounds times that by 5 and you will cook your prime rib for 25 minutes at 500 degrees.
2 sticks of butter
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp herbes de provence
2 tsp garlic powder
Make sure butter is softened and mix all ingredients together. Cover prime rib with butter mixture and put onto a roasting pan with a rack.
Roast your prime rib at 500 degrees for the amount of time based on the size of the prime rib. Once the timer hits, turn off the oven and DO NOT OPEN FOR 2 Hrs and when you slice into it. It should be a nice Medium Rare.
Oven Baked Salmon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Make Lemon Dill seasoning
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 zest of lemon
2 tbsp of minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill (1 tbsp dried dill)
Place on a sheet pan with oil or pam spray. Place salmon skin side down on foil. Add seasoning to salmon and bake for around 12-15 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
Steamed Dungeness Crab
I usually will use a three tier steamer to steam my crabs
Sometimes I like to add thai basil and salt to water to add some extra amora to the crabs.
Once the water boils, I add my crabs onto the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes.
